Registration

Welcome to our School!

Students who are new to our area will need to register. Please complete this form: Clearwater Registration and bring it to the school office at 440 Murtle Crescent, Clearwater. The form must be printed on legal paper. If you are unable to do this, you can get the form at the school office.

To complete the registration you will also need to bring: 

• Child's birth certificate or current passport
• Care card
• Proof of residence such as a hydro bill, phone bill or rental agreement, etc
